New Floating Window not working in Youtube

Hello!! Wow I fix this problem?
My phone is with problems in floating window in youtube.
In other apps it's ok, work very good. But in youtube isn't working.

Uninstall YouTube. and do the cleaning try reinstalling it

My Redmi Note 7 Pro also same issue.
Last time can, now reinstall also cannot.
Hopefully work back on next update.
And messenger issue for hard restart.
