From Eu Rom To Miui Global Stable

Currrenly Im using Redmi Note 3 pro kenzo EU stable room, wish to switch back to Global Stable.

Can I just flash it via TWRP? like the way i flash EU rom, same method?

which method is most recommended?

1. Via System update apps
2. TWRP
3. MiFlashtools/
4. Others?
