From MIUI 11 V11.0.8.0.QFNMIXM (Xiaomi.eu ROM) to MIUI 13_V13.0.4.0.SFNMIXM

Hello,
how i update my device from the oldest Xiaomi.eu-ROM to the newest Xiaomi.eu-ROM?
Bootloader is unlocked
no TWRP installed
and what means "clean install"?

clean install means, format data, which is basically a factory reset, only recommended when you backed up your files.

seeing "MIUI 13_V13.0.4.0.SFNMIXM" in the title means you have a
Mi Note 10 Lite
Heres the ROM:

look at the name, since it says "fastboot" you wont be using TWRP to install it.
you will need your PC.

Since you come from MIUI 11 V11.0.8.0.QFNMIXM (Xiaomi.eu ROM)
you will need to extract the ROM and run
windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat


if you want to start fresh, back up your files and run
windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat
