From Stable To Developer

Hi,
is it possible switching from 6.6.5.0 stable rom to last 5.9.1 ver7, only cleaning cache and dalvik, without format system and user data?

IMHO, yes, since what you describe is upgrade. The other way around, dev to stable, would be downgrade and requires clean install. But whatever you do, make a good back up
