Hey, I hope you can help me - my front camera stopped working (can't recall any updates) whenever I enter the app and try to switch to the front camera it stops working.
On WhatsApp and such the camera is not working at all (not even the back camera) there is just a black screen.
I don't think it's physical damage since I keep my phone safe
What I tried:
- clean camera cache
- clean camera data
- reboot my phone (multiple times)
I won't reset my phone, it's not worth the effort of backing everything up
Any ideas?
* I have zero knowledge about those things so if you could explain like you would a child that would be great, I am open to learn
