Full screen caller id does not work

I have installed the app Full Screen Caller Id to have the picture or a animation of the picture of my caller in full screen.

This application does not work. When I receive a call, the MIUI screen appear instead of Full Screen Caller Id


I am on 1.6.24 FR, Nexus One

You don't need it.
MIUI supports full screen pictures built-in. Edit a contact and add a photo (add a photo in the details section; don't edit the small photo in the top left).

Wouldn't that require a photo of all your contacts?

Yes, but if you don't have a big photo and were planning to use the small one (which appears everywhere) - don't bother. It's low-res, and will look terrible in full screen.
