Game toolbox seems different and less attractive when using Hebrew language for the system, also in video toolbox theres visual bug with the brightness indicator

There are a lot of layout issues for RTL languages, that won't be the first and the last one. Sadly we can't patch layouts without potentially breaking them now or in the future.
