New Google Contacts Sync

Hello there,
I'm using the ROM on onyx device.

In "Dialer and Contacts" app and Whatsapp some of my contacts are missing, and time by time other contacts are also missing. I tried to force stop the app, clear cache and data in the app. But not worked. I also tried to remove the Google account and re-add but it didn't help.

What can I do?

Are those accounts still present on the Google Contacts if you access it from a browser on a PC? Check the "Tash", there should be placed removed contacts for 30 days.
The link should be: https://contacts.google.com
If yes, then is an issue with the phone synchronization.
If no, then, the answer is maybe someone has access from another device and are deleting contacts by mistake.

Contacts are on Google Contacts but only disappears in my phone. It' a synchronization issue, yes but how to resolve this.
I've used so many differents phones so far, but first time seen such a thing.

An update: Synchronization is being lost once I save a new contact to my Google account. If I don't save any new numbers, contacts are staying there but whenever I try to make a new contact, it happens again and all my contacts disappear. And only way to bring back my contacts is rebooting the phone. I tried to manually sync the contacts and via Wi-Fi and mobile data, but didn't work.

Any idea about my issue please?
