Google pay on EU version Rom

Hi all,
Has anyone been using google pay wireless pay service on eu rom on x3 nfc?
Mine have worked for weeks after I flash eu version but now it shows error stating that my phone might be rooted, which I haven't yet.
Is there anyone who knows how to fix the gpay issue on eu rom?

I tried looking into it, but the only answers I found were people saying people should search more. And links to links of people asked to search for. Seemingly, it's right in front of our noses. Might have been quicker just to answer the question...

Hello,

First, you need to check if your device is passing SafetyNet test (use "SafetyNet Test" app to check the results).

If SafetyNet test is "Failed", you have to install Magisk to solve it => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/safetynet-failed-mi10-ultra-20-9-24.57748/post-565047

Please write your ROM version too if you need more help about Magisk.

I had reinstalled the global rom, nothing else, and safety net wasn't passing. Kinda weird that I need to install third party software workarounds to get it to work?

It's because your device has an unlocked bootloader and Google changed their checking for the SafetyNet test => https://www.xda-developers.com/safetynet-hardware-attestation-hide-root-magisk/
