But the file does not have a .tgz extension, it has a .zip extension, and I have found a version of TWRP in POCO F3 that supports Android 12, the version of android that includes MIUI 13. Do you think it is possible to install also by TWRP if the TWRP supports Android 12?

No. The windows installer icon is in the zip file for installation with or without formatting.
