HELP installing MIUI EU rom beta

hi! i want to install miui eu rom stable/weekly version.

currently i am in pixel experience plus edition and i have twrp version 3.4.0.0. i already tried flashing eu rom but it revert to twrp recovery.

can anyone help me guiding to successfully install eu rom?kindly send me detailed procedures to do so cos i'm a newbie noob. Thanks in advance, Happy new year all and God bless
