Help Installing The Rom

I was trying to install the weekly ROM but without success.

I have placed the ROM in the SDCard, then entered Recovery Mode (also did wipe on some attempts) and tried to install the ROM but everytime I have the device trying to install update.zip and then says it is corrupt. I reboot the device and makes a new install from the previous version.

I also tried going through the Update App with the same result.

(note: on the SDCard I have the xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_***.zip)

What am I doing wrong?

Put the rom on the internal storage.
Rename the rom to update.zip and create folder on internal storage with name downloaded_rom
and update with "updater" app.
Updater > Select Update > select downloaded_rom folder > update.zip

works for me.
