I have a xiaomi redmi 4X with the xiaomi.eu stable still at MIUI 8 the last one released in July. What i have to do to install the MIUI9 7.8.24 dev?? Thank you for all the help that you can give me.

To use devs ROM, you need to download the fastboot ROM and flash it on your phone

You need do a full wipe in twrp (chache, dalvik, data, format data) then install a new rom!
