I have everything configured, made the voice recognition, but Google assistant doesn't wake UP when I say "hey Google". I encountered this problem a year ago and thought phone was misconfigured, but I made a factory reset but I have still this problem.

This problem was fixed on previous versions of MIUI 12.3 but maybe has not been fixed for the recent builds
The release notes (20.12.9/10 notes) clearly state "Fix - OK Google didn't work properly [Snapdragon 865 devices, Android 11]"
