home button long press not opening google voice assistant

hello guys i have this problem since i started using Mi 10 Ultra...basically if i long press HOME button instead of opening google voice page (hi, how can i help you?) it opens Google App, and to use voice i have to open snapshot tab and then click on mic icon...pretty annoying, and i noticed also that with last update (don't know if weekly rom or google apk) if i ask the assistant to phone call a contact it doesn't understand. Do you know how to make it open google voice again?

ok i managed to open google voice with home button (settings->additional settings->shortcuts->launch google assistant) but i am still trying to make call command working
