hi i have this problem with my mi5 bought a month ago. it forgotten my thumb print and somehow couldn't read my back up pin pass. I can't get in my phone due to this problem. Any options to hard reset my phone so I can get back in? plsssssss help!
when i try to press power + up button, it says to plug in usb cable.. no use bcoz i still can't access phone to choose which option so that pc can read. (i.e. read photos, charging, etc)
