How to Downgrade miui rom?

Hi.
How i go back (downgrade) to 5.1.9 aries ???
I think this is great rom for me until now without problems
Now i have 5.1.30 and i have problem with WiFi, Explorer.
And i don't like a lots of other futures of new beta rom.

Sorry for my English but it's not my native language.

i think if you, wipe clean in recovery then you can install your rom, MAKE BACKUP FIRST

Try first install from Updater app like normal upgrade, if problems then wipe/factory reset.
