How to get Full Google services on CN rom

I see in HyperOS features it lists "Google apps support integrated" I am on Xiaomi 14 CN ROM (as it's really hard to unlock ROM) And am wanting to pair Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro (Wear OS) however even though I have "basic Google services" I cannot pair the watch as it requires Latests Google GMS? I was wondering what magic you guys worked to get it working on MIUI 14 for Mi11U maybe I could implement on my phone without unlocking.
