How To Make Custom Bootsplash .img?

Does anybody know how to make custom bootsplash (not bootanimation)? I tried AIO, but it made broken, small file and HTC maker, but it doesn't work with Xiaomi screen resolution. Can anybody help me? I just want to make .img, I already go working flasher!
