How To Reset The Mi4c ?

Hello,

i want to give my mi 4c to my mother.

ive tryed to reset the phone settings - more - save and restore and then last point reset.

then phone asks for mi password, . after that rebot in TWRP ? and ive installed the .zip 7.9.14 again.

after reboot my phone was like before ? all apps, photos all there ????

how to reset the phone that after restart ive a normal MIUI9 Bootup to connect a new account (mi account, Google, ect...9 for mum ?

i dont get it

I did delete Mi and Google Account, than to factory Reset and after rebot its still all on the Phone :/

Maybe Just delete the apps and Media and Set new Mi and Google accounts ?

Or Reset via twrp ?
