How to Resize widget and where is the search apps bar?

Help to resize widget on Mi 10T pro.
Where is search app bar?

When I reduce the screen size of the phone, the widget also shrinks on the screen.I can resize it and I would be very pleased if it can help.

How? I tried holding it down and it wont let me. Miui 12.
