How to setup the PopUp schowing-time

Hello,

is it possible to setup the time for showing the PopUp shorter or turn the PopUp off? I mean this PopUp's in the lower Part at the Display. It's really annoying sometimes.

I'm on Xiaomi EU 13.0.4
