How to turn off icon's animation when the screen is turned on?

Hi, when I turn on my phone's screen, there is an animation of icons 'moving to their places from the outside'.
Is there a way to switch this off?

I tried to switch off animation in Developer options:
- window animation scale
- transition animation scale
- animator duration scale
but it didn't help.
