How To Update Miui?

Hi, I recently changed my rom to xiaomi.eu MIUI 9 (7.9.7 beta). Now I want to update it but I don't know how to do it. I saw the instructions but I can't do it because I'm a basic user. Can someone explain it to me more detailed please? Thank you.
