New I can't install apps from play store and external apks

Today I flash xiaomi.eu miui 14 in courbet and I entered the play store to download the apps and a statement "Cannot install" comes out, then I tried apks and it's still the same, can you please fix it? i waited a long time for miui 14

Rom version: MI11Lite_V14.0.2.0.TKQMIXM

I did some testing and conclude the issue is once updating from android 12 to android 13, the secdata on device gets corrupted.

Easy way I did was to boot into fastboot mode and use the following commands :


fastboot erase secdata
fastboot metadata
fastboot reboot
