I can't update eu rom

This is how my device is encrypted after installing Eu rom. EU rom does not update Redmi Note 8

Actually there was no such problem but after 20.12.9 update I encountered this error

No, different TWRP developper exist. Also, Official TWRP doesn't mean it's the better TWRP.

Yes, it's for Redmi Note 8 "ginkgo" (codename)

I never used XiaomiTool v2 but if it can flash the "recovery" partition of your device it's fine.
