I need help to update my device

Hello all
Xiaomi started sell RN7 in my area just 2 days ago and i received my device i found the miui still on version 10.2.1.0 which is the jan release and no any ota update available and 360 hours to unlock the BL although my accout 9 years old active. I dont know why xiaomi do that.
Any way could someone give me download link for the latest global version for RN7 to update my device manually without unlock the bootloader ?
