I need help to update

Hellow, i bought one mi8 se from China,and it comes with miui10.eu 8.6.2, i have the bootloader unlocked but i cant install twrp, I dont know what can i do to update to the last version 8.9 in this moment i think, can someone tell me rhe steps?thanks

if you have miui.eu 8.6.2 you should have twrp installed allready. I do think its strange, because the version you have doesnt had the boot fix.
I believe it was just fixed in the july version.... so started from 8.7.......
So i think there is a strange thing going on there.
You're sure bootloader is unlocked?
You are sure you're running Miui 10 by xiaomi.ey 8.6.2?( settings on top off screen)

yes, i have unlocked the bootloader because when i restart o when i turn on the phone i can see "unlocked". But i havent got twrp because if i press power botton and up volumen when the phone is off to view the recovery, i see my-recovery 3.0 with only 3 options. I dont know how can they do to install this rom...

Is the fastboot mod works?
you can install it then via fastboot command ('adb fastboot flash recovery ...... ' ).

ok, the problem was the pc, i tried in other pc and i have could install twrp, then i installed the last version 8.8.9, one question... Does the last rom come with all updates olds roms?
