I want to revert back to stock and lock the bootloader without bricking my device

I have a 11 lite 5g NE with Xiaomi EU costum rom.
i don't know how to return back to the stock firmware...my phone was bought in Europe so I think my firmware was EU not Cn....and I saw that reverting back from Chinese rom to global bricks your device....pls help me

Can I use the imei to find the version in which my phone was originally...and than what do I do ?

It doesn't matter what ROM was there. What is important is whether it is the Global HW version.
Yes, it can also be determined by IMEI.
