I understand that you have arabic language files, and that you want arabic to be implemented in the xiaomi.eu rom?
If so, make a repository on github just like this: https://github.com/redmaner/MIUI8-XML-DUTCH
Place all the language files in the right folders manually and ask @ingbrzy if he can add the arabic language.
You need to keep up to date with the updates every week though.

If everything seems good I think he's willing to implement it. But you should ask him, I'm only dutch translator for the xiaomi.eu rom. If you send him a PM I guarantee you he will help you out. As for the github project, some changes to the file structure are needed in order to be able to implement it.
