New Identify Unknow Numbers

Hi! When I go in Phone>Setting there is an option called "Identify unknow numbers" but when I push on it on the screen appears my last calls, as if it does not work properly. How it works and what is this feature? Redmi 3 Pro (xiaomi.eu ido 6.5.26-7-5.1)

Edit: I use Italian language but in English it works properly.

It might not work properly outside China anyway, check if you find app for your country.
