I'm not receiving notifications during night

Hello.

I don't remember what settings I changed but I'm not receiving email nor whatsapp notifications (at least the sound) from 11pm to 9am.
Where can I change these settings.
I can't find anything related in Whatsapp settings, nor I can find it on System settings.

And what if I don't want to disable the sleep mode but just change its start and end time? Where can I change it?

You can't set it anywhere, just leave it off.
If you want to set your own night scenario, do it in settings > battery > battery > automatic tasks > sleep
