Install 7.3.23

I need to know how install the 7.3.23 in my phone, actually i have 6.12.22

Do you have TWRP on your device and is your bootloader unlocked ? I assume so if you have 6.12.22.... Download 7.3.23 to your device... use the updater app...choose installation package...done....unlock your bootloader again using the Mi UnLock Tool... Lastly install TWRP for Android 7 ....

Can I install 7.3.23 by the same way as described in my Mi4c with the latest stable 8.2.1?
