Install without unlocking bootloader

Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me if the rom miui 13 stable fastboot can be installed without unlocking the bootloader ? I mean the miui eu of course....

I hoped that with fastboot it was possible.. Unfortunately with unlocked bootloader it doesn't make me use banking apps. I will be forced to install an official Rom

An issue with an unlocked bootloader has been addressed on xiaomi.eu.
There is no problem with GPay and banking applications on the xiaomi.eu ROM.

I installed the update to miui 13. Without root permissions but the bootloader remained unlocked, banking applications work. The problem does not exist !
