Installation issues

I can download apps from the market and files from the internet but I can't install them, it just shows it installing but it never finishes. I've redownloaded then wiped and reflalshed but it wont work. Plz help. Thx

And I flashed myns warm 2.2 and cm6 and I still can't I install apps, plzzz help
