Installing Android 11 with option to return to Android 10

Hi, i have a Redmi Note 7 running xiaomi.eu stable MIUI 12.0.2 version with Android 10. I want to try the Pixel Experience + rom that comes with Android 11. My question is, if i then want to come back to xiaomi.eu rom with android 10, i will break my phone?
