Hello guys,

Is it safe to install magisk thru the patched image method, after installing TWRP? I used that to install magisk on the previous build, but TWRP has now been installed on the A and B boot image slots, but that's also where you have to flash magisk. Is there a workaround for this?

Why do we always answer such ignorance?

Apk = zip

So, magisk.apk = install
Magisk.zip = Flash it
Uninstall.zip = remove it

All the same file just different names...

Rename the apk and flash it from twrp.

For the records an apk is just a Container like any jar is also just a zip.

So magisk is no longer provided as different set of files, one suites it all.

That's not new, but no one bothers to read anymore...

Regards.

And even then flashing through Twrp is not the best way... With ramdisk.

What would be my advantage after installing MAGISK? What is the motivation to install it....

I installed it for 3 main reasons: Ios 14.5 emojis, because the stock android ones are UGLY in my opinion. Youtube vanced on system level, and adaway for adblock. But there are many more things you can do, such as use viper4android to extremely improve audio quality. Also if you know how to configure it properly you can even install xposed while still passing safetynet

Sadly it doesn't work on 12.5.7 Mi 11 Ultra... I tried it many times, but i can't install the driver. Maybe its related to the Harman Kardon thing on the phone.
