Instant messanging not working after update

Dont know if it is recovery issue or rom issue. The latest update (12.6 weekly) only have recovery image, and only support twrp recovery.
Thus I flash twrp and latest rom 21.5.20. Since then my whatsapp / signal /wechat have no response when other send me message. I found autorun being disabled and so I enabled them again, but still not working. Message loads only when I manually start the app.

And if you also fully disable battery saving for those apps? That works perfectly fine on my phone on the same MIUI build.
