Internal Storage Empty?

I've flashed the 8.1.4.0 ROM becaus I've got some issues with last ROM
Now I have a problem with storage : when using Explorer or if connecting to my PC, it says that internal storage is empty (of course it is not, and the phone is working).
Some apps (Android web view ) can't be updated..so I suspect a permission rights problem.
Any ideas on how to fix that?

Go to TWRP - Advanced - Fix contents

That works for me. I have to do this often after flashing a clean ROM.
