New Internal Storage error

Hello,

Because of google update 2 days ago, my phone (mi 8 SE) doesn't work well. Every app crashed.
So, I reinstalled xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V12.0.2.0.QEBCNXM_v12-10
But now I've got a new problem : the phone tells me that I need to add an SD card. It seems the internal storage isn't available. I can't install software or take a picture...
Do you know where this issue come from ?

Edit : I installed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V10.3.1.0.PEBCNXM_v10-9. It's the same issue : I cant write any file in my internal storage. But when I'm in twrp, the storage works well ...

It seems after format internal storage via twrp it can't be mounted after reboot.
I will try to fix it by installing an official xiaomi rom from the fastboot mode.
But if you have a better solution, I'll take it !

Edit : MiFlash gives me a vendor error What's that ?

I did it and tried with differents versions... It's not working

Edit : MiFlash gives me a vendor error What's that ?
Edit2 : The problem came from my usb cable. I flashed manuelly my phone. It worked.

Hello,
Could someone help me? I manage to flash an official xiaomi rom with miflash.
But now, I can't install a xiaomi.eu rom. I don't know what I did wrong. I don't remember it was tro tricky.

These are all the steps I did :
I used this twrp-3.5.1_9-0-xmsirius and this ROM xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V12.0.2.0.QEBCNXM_v12-10
This official ROM is installed : sirius_images_V12.0.2.0.QEBCNXM_20200908.0000.00_10.0_cn_d02fa1473e
1. bootloader is unlocked. USB debugging is on.
2. fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.5.1_9-0-xmsirius.img
3. fastboot boot twrp-3.5.1_9-0-xmsirius.img
4. in TWRP format data, confirm by typing yes
5. in TWRP reboot to recovery
6. transfer XIAOMI.eu to smartphone via MTP
7. install XIAOMI.eu in twrp
8. wipe cache and davlik in TWRP
9. Reboot phone in TWRP into system
I'm stuck in fastboot mode now

Edit: I installed before xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V10.0.1.0. It worked.
Then I installed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V12.0.2.0. It worked too.
