Is it possible to flash EU ROM and Lock the Bootloader ?

Greetings everyone. Just ordered POCO F7 (its still in transit).

My question is, I want to enjoy EU ROM while also not have trouble with banking apps. (I don't need root or magisk). So my questions are,

* is it possible to use EU ROM without boot loader unlocking?
* if not, I plan to unlock the boot loader and flash EU ROM and then relock the boot loader. In that case, would banking apps work without any issue?
* in that case, would i receive OTA updates from EU ROM ?

- It is not possible. Bootloader must be unlocked
- It is not possible. Bootloader can only be locked with stock ROM!
- xiaomi.eu ROM receives OTA notification but requires a working TWRP for installation (otherwise the update is done using a PC via fastboot)

thanks for the swift response.
It seems my choices are limited to either unlock and live with bank apps not working or stay in stock rom.
I know there are some solutions to make it work, but they are unreliable and may stop working at anytime.

I will stay with stock ROM for now.
