I just want to know whether it is possible to retrieve the data stored from my Xiaomi phone in my other android phone? Thanks.

no, I cloud is a proprietary integrated xiaomi service with the system , unless you do not put a rom based miui on another cel , or you can access it via the web , and save photos via browsers etc.

There is alsoa windows app to access micloud, but the problem is bandwith, very slow, to download all it lasts days
