Is the unaccessable dual app storage issue and proximity issue fixed on new EU roms 12 or 13?

I just switched to F3 (K40) and Im still on stock rom 12.5.5 and taking my time figuring out which rom to flash, tho I flashed TWRP and magisk. I use dual apps all the time but I cant access dual apps storage and I was wondering if the issue was fixed in new EU roms or not yet. and if anyone has a workaround bc I tried several methods none works. Also if the proximity sensor issue is fixed.
