Is There A Rom To Enable Lte (band 4)?

Hi guys! I'm from Mexico City, and I just got a Mi Note Pro a few weeks ago. Splendid phone indeed, but I can't use Movistar's 4G network. I found it uses Band 4 (1700/2100) so I decided to follow several tutorials on the web to enable LTE bands without success. I heard ther's a ROM that enables LTE, but I can't find anything like that.

Creo que hacer eso por ahora es imposible. Hace un tiempo hice la misma pregunta en el foro de Miui y me respondieron que el próximo año Xiaomi estaría en USA ! estoy atento a eso.
