So I was able to hide the clock and the battery. I just wish there was a way to remove that "|" character before the traffic indicator and also an option to move the traffic indicator to the right...
These were the steps I did to do this:
[NOTE: THIS ONLY WORKS FOR THOSE USING ANDROID 12 AND MIUI 13]
1) Install the latest Magisk. If you don't have Magisk yet, just google how to install it on your device.
2) Enable zygisk on Magisk.
Enable zygisk. Restart your phone after.
3) Download the APK for LSPosed here
https://github.com/LSPosed/LSPosed/releases and install it on Magisk. Choose the zygisk version by the way.
4) After installing LSPosed and rebooting your phone, check if there's an app named LSPosed in your launcher. If it's there, proceed to step 8, otherwise proceed to the next step.
5) If LSPosed didn't get installed automatically, you have to go to /data/adb/lspd/. Use a file manager that lets you go to this part of your storage. You can use FX File Manager. Go to FX's settings and enable root access. Once you grant it access, System (Root) will appear in the home page.
6) Go to System (Root), and go to this path /data/adb/lspd. You'll see a manager.apk there. You can try installing it right there but it wouldn't install in my experience so I had to relocate it somewhere else. Copy that apk somewhere in your main storage.
Just click ok
Like I said, copy manager.apk to your main storage.
7) Once copied, install.
8) Go to repository and find ChiMi. Or you can just download the apk directly on its github page
https://github.com/yonghen/chimi-/releases.
9) Install the apk for ChiMi. Don't open it yet.
10) Go back to the LSPosed app and go to Modules tab. Click ChiMi
Click ChiMi and enable it. Mine's already enabled in this picture.
Restart your phone.
11) Open the ChiMi app.
12) To hide the battery icon, open SystemUI and open Status Bar Hide Icon And View
Enable hide battery icon. If you're done and don't want to hide the clock, just click the 3-dot menu, and click Restart SystemUI. That will restart your phone's UI. It's different from a complete power reboot.
13) To hide the clock, scroll back down and find the settings for the clock. Enable status bar custom switch.
Once you've enabled that setting, scroll down and find status bar clock size. Click it and set the value to 0.
Restart SystemUI.
That's it. Hope this helps other people!
