Is there any "screen off" app?

Is there any good working app for turning off my screen? I am using "Screen Off and Lock" but it doesn't work very well on latest releases.

There is one included in miui4 from the start
It's one of the icons you can add to the dropdown notif/toggle menu.
(it's just called lock)
