Hello, I'm writing from Italy and I would like to purchase this cellphone, but I need a ROM to support both Italian language and the Play Store service. Can you help me in an easy way? I'm not very experienced. Thank you."

It is not Redmi Note 12 Pro but Redmi Note 12 Turbo.
You can use xiaomi.eu ROM. However, considering the fact that you do not have even minimal experience with custom ROMs, I do not recommend you to buy this device.

My bad, I messed up. I meant Turbo and not Pro. But I could still buy it and have someone who knows their stuff install the ROM for me...
