Kickback intent in Accessibility options

Wheres the Accessibility option in settings? I need my Kickback. It exists in Sense and AOSP but not in MIUI. Just wondering because I havent stayed on MIUI for more than 2 days because of the kickback or lack thereof.

I have searched EVERYWHERE, on my phone ofc (i have a slight memory that i've done this in the past but i can't figure out how i did it)
and tons of google pages, im growing sick of every question about this problem is NEVER answered.

Look for it with the built in search, it'll show up.
