New Lag when opening last calls or vocal messages (Xiaoimi Mi Note 10)

Hello,
When I want to call a new number, take a look at my last call, or listen to a message, it often takes 15 secondes to respond.
What should I do ? The Phone is new.

By new you mean without EU rom? If so, try clearing cache and data for gdialer and phone services, then reboot to recovery, wipe dalvik/cache and update gdialer after reboot

If in EU rom, try by doing the same but with corresponding MI apps
