Locked after factory reset

Hello,

i was using custom rom for several days, now i want to return to miui.

I factory reset my phone and flashed miui 9.1.24.

After reboot i get locked screen( normal )
I set wifi network, connected
i put pasword, and get severeal times, wrong pasword?!?!


I am sure my password is correct, i changed on website and still wrong. I have bought this phone brand new and am the only one that logged in.
Still i think the number in the activation screen isnt mine. Phone was sealed when i bought it.
I factory reset it several times before, without this issue


Who can help me ( fast ) i need my phone daily

-did you FORMAT DATA?
- is the phone still boot unlocked?
Did you unlock the bootloader YOURSELF or was it already unlocked? (sealed box???=)

Which password do you have a problem with - wifi, Mi account, or??

Do you have a different language than English selected in the keyboard?

thanks for respons... i realized that my wife has used my phone for a week... and her account was locking my device... very sloppy off me. So i unlocked it now. sorry for , after all, useless post
